Jacob Haugland
@jacobhaugland
Substitute teacher and shift lead who keeps teams organized and prepared.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Substitute Teacher focused on maintaining structured classroom operations and strong communication, adapting quickly to changing schedules and priorities while supporting students through daily learning needs. I can reliably manage up to 30 students and keep lessons running smoothly, including in special needs environments.
Before and alongside teaching, I built hands-on leadership experience as a Server/Shift Lead/Trainer at Garvy Center (UCF). I supported high-volume dining and catering by coordinating food preparation, shift priorities, team communication, and operational logistics—especially during peak service periods.
I’m also experienced in event support from the Maitland Art and History Museum, where I helped run public and private events through guest communication and discretion. I bring a professional, calm presence, strong organization, and the ability to multitask while protecting confidentiality and delivering great customer and community experiences.
