Victoria Ibarra

I’m a bilingual English/Spanish education support professional who’s helped students access grade-level instruction through tailored accommodations and modifications.

Most recently, I’ve been working as a Special Education Inclusion TA at Claiborne County Schools, providing one-on-one and small-group support aligned to students’ IEPs and reinforcing lessons from classroom teachers.

Before that, I supported diverse learners at PSJA ISD as a Paraprofessional, reinforcing instruction, monitoring progress, and working with teachers to keep classrooms inclusive and positive. I also served as a Substitute Teacher across multiple grade levels, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining safe, respectful classrooms.

Outside the classroom, I’ve built customer-facing experience as a Retail Associate and Customer Service Assistant, and I bring strong organization and communication habits—plus comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and video editing.
