I’m looking to lead demand generation and marketing operations in fast-moving growth environments—building lifecycle systems from zero, owning pipeline contribution, and partnering closely with sales to optimize acquisition, lead quality, and conversion.

I’m a demand generation and marketing operations leader with hands-on experience across full-funnel B2B go-to-market for SaaS, fintech, applied science, and professional services. I’ve repeatedly been the first marketing hire—building lifecycle systems, campaign infrastructure, and lead nurturing programs from zero with direct access to the CEO.

Most recently, I delivered measurable growth by driving 21% new-user growth and 33% organic session growth, rebuilding digital and marketing infrastructure to improve acquisition performance. I also owned website governance and technical SEO, elevating site health from 76% to 92% and reducing errors from 80 to 4, while achieving #1 and #2 keyword rankings against major global competitors.

Earlier, I joined NCS Subsea | P-Cable as its first marketing hire, overhauled two company websites, and directed a rebrand that grew audience by 50%.
