At Voices for Choice MNVP, I engage with service users about their care during pregnancy and aftercare, and visit Oldham and Rochdale Hospital to collect feedback. I also type up data and translate in Urdu and Punjabi.

I organise community events, workshops and sessions, and attend schools to speak with mums about their experiences. I work with the NHS and connect with service users and other VCSFE organisations.

At Clipper, GXO, I managed and trained new staff across different departments in a complex delivery function. I measured KPIs, recorded statistics and compiled reports using MS Office.

I also contributed to company projects, including liaising with the QA team to reduce errors. My studies include a BA (Hons) Business Administration & Management and ongoing Business International Management – level 7 (Masters).
