I’m a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central Core Associate with 14 years across SAP, Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Service. I build and support end-to-end onboarding solutions with a strong focus on configuration quality and operational readiness.
In my current Accenture role, I implement packaged app development as a Senior Analyst for McDonald’s across multiple onboarding waves (Wave 1–Wave 3B&3C). I handle onboarding configuration end to end, coordinate with onshore teams and end customers, and support initial go-live projects while maintaining market-specific workbooks.
I actively troubleshoot and improve complex onboarding workflows, including security badge steps, phone selection, compliance for UK/USA/Australia/New Zealand, IAS setup, and country-specific translations. I also support issues like application errors, compliance form problems, email services, rehire scenarios, and candidates not landing in the onboarding dashboard.
Before specializing further in SuccessFactors, I built a broader operational foundation through senior customer service responsibilities (calls/chats for order fallouts or errors) and recruitment (US client IT sourcing, networking, and talent mapping). I’ve been recognized by onshore teams during implementation/go-live and earned a Best Performer award in 2018.
