I’m a highly driven, detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant with over 3.5 years of overall work experience, including 2.5 years specializing in Employee Central. I focus on full-cycle implementations and dedicated post-go-live support, from requirement gathering to deployment.

In my projects, I lead client-facing workshops and produce detailed configuration workbooks that drive system build activities. I map current and future-state business processes to standard capabilities, design HR solutions using Succession, Corporate, and Country-Specific Data Models, and build workflows for New Hire, Job Change, and Address Change.

I also own the configuration details that make implementations reliable in real operations—MDF Foundation Objects and Generic Objects, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), portlets, position management, and picklist processes. After go-live, I resolve client tickets strictly within SLA, provide internal training and updates, and partner across teams on interface mapping, API field mapping, transformation rules, integration testing, and UAT to drive formal sign-off.
