What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology strategy, deliver cross-module enhancements, own end-to-end implementations, and partner with business stakeholders and vendors to improve HR operations.

I'm currently the Application Owner and P&O Technology Manager for SAP SuccessFactors at Lipton Teas & Infusions, where I drive HR technology strategy, cross-module enhancements, and third-party vendor governance.

I own solution design, configuration, administration, rollout support, and maintenance across Employee Central, Compensation, PMGM, LMS, Succession, and Recruitment. I've delivered EC, reporting, Compensation, and PMGM enhancements in-house, reducing external vendor dependency, time, and cost.

Previously at PwC US AC, I led Employee Central implementation for a global Media & Content client operating in 54 countries and delivered EC projects for US, automotive, and Canadian government clients. My work included data models, MDF and Foundation Objects, Global Assignment, Contingent Workers, event derivation, RBP, workflows, reporting, and configuration documentation.

Across Blueprint Technologies, Accenture, Tata Business Support Services, and BPO Softech, I've combined SuccessFactors delivery, PMO management, service delivery, process improvement, training, and data migration. I bring 13.9+ years of total experience, including 8.1+ years in SAP SuccessFactors and four full lifecycle implementations.
