I manage a team of 10 consultants overseeing configuration, testing, and release readiness, while partnering with compliance and business teams on GDPR adherence. We streamlined onboarding workflows and unified process templates across geographies.
At SAP India, I delivered Recruiting and Onboarding implementations across APAC, EMEA-S, EMEA-N, and the US. I led requirements and design workshops, supported customer testing and go-live, and provided end-user training.
Earlier, at Deloitte, I implemented Onboarding 1.0 for US-based customers, including work involving I-9 and E-Verify. At SAP Labs India, I supported more than 200 Onboarding customers, and at Cognizant I managed WebSphere and MQ environments.
