Managed the Role Based Permission (RBP) related day to day operational tasks in SuccessFactors, such as user administration, roles and groups configuration in multiple Success Factors instances. Worked on custom fields, Workflows, Business Rules, Reports and configuration of foundation objects like legal entity, Location, Division, and Department etc.

Involved in sourcing of relevant candidates through internal database references and job portal like Naukri.com, Monsterindia.com etc. Communicated with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.

Responsible for full cycle recruiting through job posting, sourcing, interviews, schedules, process documentation, hiring approvals (HA) and checks, process offer, communication with managers and candidates. Recruiting Channels used: Naukri, Monster, Internal-External referrals, internal database (BrassRing), LinkedIn.

Completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Chemistry. Acquired a strong foundation in scientific principles, laboratory techniques, and analytical methodologies.
