What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role where I can troubleshoot user, Windows, network and email issues, support distributed teams, and continue building my cloud and systems skills.

At Ran Ruwan Gold Loans, I support IT operations across 25 branches and a head office, resolving Windows, hardware, software, network, email and connectivity issues for users.

I use AnyDesk, TeamViewer, phone support and remote-access tools to diagnose problems, configure desktops and business email, and keep printers, peripherals and branch systems running. I also support LANs, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, IP configurations, shared access and basic Active Directory tasks.

I coordinate with internet providers, telecom providers, software vendors and hardware suppliers, support new branch technology setups, and maintain CCTV, security equipment and smart-safe systems. I'm pursuing a BSc (Hons) Computing Information Systems degree and looking to bring this hands-on support experience to a remote IT support role.
