I am a senior IT professional with hands-on experience managing end-user support, IT infrastructure, and business-critical systems across multiple business units. I maintain high system availability and minimize downtime in fast-paced operational environments.
My background includes troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, Microsoft-based environments, and both on-site and remote IT support. I manage hardware servicing, software deployments, system backups, and accurate IT documentation.
In my current role I coordinate IT operations for multiple brands, support POS systems, digital signage, VR/gaming PCs, and provide technical support for large-scale events. I also train internal staff and external clients on systems usage and IT processes.
I hold formal training including CCNA coursework and Microsoft Azure fundamentals, and I am pursuing an HND in Cyber Security. I bring strong problem-solving, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to take ownership of multi-location IT operations.
