What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in IT systems and infrastructure, supporting Windows environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and building stronger skills in system administration, cybersecurity, automation, and scripting.

I'm an IT support professional who resolves Level 1/2 end-user incidents for IFS and IGT1 users at IFS R&D International, working to SLA requirements.

I support Windows environments, troubleshoot operating system, application, and access issues, and manage identity tasks including password resets, MFA resets, EPM provisioning, and temporary administrative access.

During my Windows internship at London Stock Exchange Group, I supported physical and virtual Windows Server environments, deployed patches through SCCM and BigFix, and worked with VMware, ServiceNow, and ITIL service-management processes.

Earlier, I monitored SQL databases, improved data quality, and conducted audits as an Executive Data Specialist. I hold a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Network Systems Engineering and continue building my skills through AZ-800 and MD-102 studies.
