I'm seeking a full-time, long-term role with advancement opportunities where I can use my customer service and communication skills, learn new skills, and contribute to the company's success.

I've improved customer experiences at Making Web LLC by reducing a ticket backlog from several thousand tickets to under one hundred in a short time period.
