Amanda Newhard

I’m a relationship-driven business professional with over eight years of experience leading client partnerships, recruiting top talent, driving business development, and managing high-performing teams. I balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.

As a Practice Director at Robert Half (May 2025–Present), I lead and mentor Talent Managers to deliver recruiting and workforce solutions. I partner with clients to understand hiring strategies, workforce planning, and long-term business goals, then develop growth strategies by analyzing market trends and client feedback. I also coach recruiting professionals on business development, client management, and recruiting best practices to strengthen retention, service delivery, and revenue growth.

Previously, I managed full-cycle recruiting (Oct 2021–May 2025) across administrative, HR, customer service, and office professional roles, building consultative client partnerships and negotiating compensation packages between clients and candidates. Earlier leadership roles as a District Manager and General Manager strengthened my operational and people-development foundation, supporting recruiting, employee development, customer success, and vendor relationships; I earned my B.S. in Business Management from Western Governors University.
