I build and lead high-performing recruiting and account management teams, hiring, training and developing recruiters while setting measurable goals to drive performance and improve hiring outcomes.

I design and refine recruiting strategies, implement offshoring capabilities, collaborate with Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, and use ATS and sourcing tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.

I regularly monitor market trends and recruitment metrics, manage client relationships, lead cost and proposal analysis, and execute recognition and retention programs to reduce turnover and deliver strategic hiring results.
