I'm looking to build high-value client and candidate relationships while driving recruiting or enterprise sales outcomes, particularly across technology or legal talent markets.

I've driven recruiting and enterprise sales outcomes at AIM Consulting and Robert Half, generating more than $8.7 million in gross profit during my recruiting tenure and building a $6 million-plus active sales pipeline.

At AIM Consulting, I recruited across software engineering, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, QA, program management, and product roles. I built a network of 700+ technology professionals, managed 45+ consultants, set company records for placements and gross profit, and earned Employee of the Year in 2022.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, I engaged Fortune 500 technology leaders through 75+ discovery meetings and mapped more than 500 stakeholders to uncover cloud migration, platform modernization, application development, and Databricks opportunities.

At Robert Half, I build relationships with Seattle law firms and evaluate Legal Assistant, Paralegal, and Attorney candidates for permanent-placement opportunities. I bring high-energy relationship building, disciplined outbound activity, and an in-depth understanding of client needs to every search.
