I’m looking for a role where I can own hardware/IT operations end-to-end, improve imaging and support workflows, document solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable systems for end users.

I’m a Senior Hardware Operations Technician focused on reliable, scalable hardware and IT operations. Since Mar 2021 at Q-mation, LLC, I’ve owned end-to-end hardware deployment work, including imaging, configuration, and first-level support.

In a two-person team, I’ve deployed and imaged over 500 industrial PCs, desktops, and servers annually to meet client specifications. I streamlined hardware imaging, inventory management, and delivery processes through workflow design implementation, and authored comprehensive technical documentation to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.

I configure hardware and software to integrate seamlessly with AVEVA platforms, helping ensure optimal functionality in client applications. I also mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver detailed hardware quotes and support smooth project execution.
