I am seeking a role in customer service or finance where I can apply collections, QA, and reconciliation skills, contribute to operational excellence, and grow in accounting and finance.

I am a results-driven customer service and finance professional with over six years of experience across collections, quality control, client relations, and administrative support. I combine hands-on operational experience with ongoing academic study toward a BSc in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) to strengthen organizational performance.

At Omni Nearshore Ltd I worked as a Customer Service & Collections Agent, Quality Control Analyst, and Credit Dispute Analyst, resolving complex customer issues, managing collections processes, and conducting quality assurance reviews to drive compliance and improve service delivery. Previously, I provided frontline customer support at IBEX Global Jamaica and supported finance operations as an Accounts Clerk at Island Lux Beach Park.

I am recognized as dependable, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strengths in conflict resolution, financial recordkeeping, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration. I am eager to apply my skills in a role where I can contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence while continuing to grow in accounting and finance.
