At DISTILLERY, I manage planning and delivery for a fintech platform with a 10-person team, working with Product, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders on priorities, scope and releases. I track risks and dependencies around issuer migration, testing and release preparation.
At TERACODE, I managed a cloud-based clinical platform for hospital diabetes care from planning through production; the product received FDA 510(k) clearance. I coordinated two cross-functional teams of about 20 people, managed 18 sprints and two major releases, and worked on FHIR integration with hospital EMR systems.
At INTIVE, I managed concurrent client software projects and led an AI-based education proof of concept from initial scope through testing and stakeholder demonstrations. My experience also includes business analysis and Scrum Master work across healthcare, media, logistics and other products, as well as project forecasting, client billing and team mentoring.
