I seek senior roles leading Agile transformations or program delivery where I can coach leaders, scale Agile practices, and drive measurable business outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

I am a Senior Agile Coach and Delivery Manager with 25 years delivering large-scale Agile transformations for global technology leaders. I combine a deep technical background in software development with PMP-certified project management discipline to improve productivity and shorten delivery cycles.

At Salesforce I designed and executed Agile adoption strategies for MuleSoft cloud teams, coached engineering leaders and certified over 60 Scrum Masters and 30 Product Owners, and created a metrics-based tool to assess Agile health for leadership visibility. Previously I led global implementations and eCommerce Agile transformations at Lenovo, built a custom Python/Django/React team management application, and earned recognition for driving process and tool innovation.

My career includes senior PMO and program leadership roles across Petrobras, Itau Bank, Thomson Reuters and long experience delivering software and integration projects across Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. I mentor teams and leaders to adopt Lean-Agile mindsets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
