I’m looking to lead RevOps and operations where I can own the revenue lifecycle/P&L, modernize ERP and automation, build scalable SOPs, and grow multi-channel teams with data-driven KPI dashboards.

I’m an operations and revenue leader with 18+ years scaling multi-channel businesses across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and luxury architectural materials. I build the systems and data infrastructure that growth depends on—owning P&L while architecting ERP, reporting, and automation that make performance measurable.

As COO of a 10-location, 40+ employee portfolio, I drove 200% revenue growth and 35% cost reduction. I rebuilt the operational backbone by implementing inventory and reorder planning systems, designing NetSuite ERP, and standing up the data and reporting infrastructure (BigQuery and Looker Studio) that aligned teams with growth targets.

Currently, as an Executive Director at a luxury materials firm, I’m driving nearly 90% revenue growth by owning the full revenue lifecycle—pipeline, quoting, contract negotiation, and collections. I lead a team of 40, restructure pricing to a net-sales/net-collected framework, and use AI and automation to streamline reporting and operational workflows while creating standardized operating procedures that scale.
