I am a leader with a product and engineering focus, experienced in building and scaling high-performing teams across startups and established organisations. I thrive in the fast-moving chaos of designing and building products, teams, and processes that deliver impact.

Over 16+ years I have recruited and mentored 30+ engineers, led complex product roadmaps from concept to launch, and transitioned companies from scrappy startups to production-ready businesses across SaaS, automotive mobility, and climate-tech.
