I built Workbench, an agentic AI triage platform, reducing resolution time from 30 minutes to under two. I also developed Tenant Rover, Wells, and Echo to validate support workflows, surface operational insights, and improve AI quality.
At Microsoft, I previously built the CXP App & Service Health program and directed 10 product managers across identity and network access platforms. I led the ADAL-to-MSAL migration and raised security initiative coverage from 65% to 90% across more than 30 initiatives.
