Founded and independently led product strategy and architecture for an AI-powered, white-label e-commerce platform for consultative retail in Nairobi. Validated market by interviewing 15+ merchants and designed a headless commerce stack with AI conversational commerce and M-PESA payments for an MVP target in March 2026.

Built and grew a local ProductTank Nairobi community of 1,800 product people by coordinating meetups and chapter activities as part of the global ProductTank network.

Owned product development for Sentinel, Spotter AI’s fleet safety and driver compliance platform. Led roadmap, sprint delivery, partner integrations, and reliability/compliance improvements for MVR/PSP/CDLIS services used under FMCSA requirements.

Managed the full lifecycle of Living Goods’ digital health products across mobile/web apps, ETL data pipelines, data visualizations, and learning management platforms. Designed and institutionalized the organization’s first product management framework to improve delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Built and launched AfricaConnect, a scalable digital platform onboarding 700K+ users and connecting 2M+ farmers in Kenya and Tanzania to agri-inputs, financial, and advisory services. Led product delivery for a marketplace and coordinated a 10-person scrum team across multiple countries.

Owned Tulaa’s product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for a mobile commerce platform connecting agri-input suppliers, financial services, and buyers to smallholder farmers. Scoped, designed, tested, and delivered product features, supporting user acquisition KPI growth of 20%+ and writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.

Translated distribution business needs into documented requirements to support the software development pipeline for PayGo solar systems. Managed rollout and end-user training with distribution partners and provided second-tier support to East Africa teams while identifying backend improvement opportunities.

Guided technology platform strategy, execution, and improvements, including support for a micro-grid management and analytics platform. Managed customer/site/usage/payments/hardware data in a backend database architecture and facilitated API/data interface integration, including planning NetSuite integration.

Created and prioritized the feature roadmap for Surge software and supported requirements/design definition and acceptance testing for software features. Co-designed features with operational leaders and coordinated rollout to end users while consolidating success information for delivered changes.
