I am passionate about driving socio-economic impact through innovation, particularly with an Afrocentric focus, and I am an avid electric mobility enthusiast. I have a proven track record building, staffing, and scaling startups from the ground up.
As Country Manager for Kenya & Uganda at Moove, I led East African operations and a cross-functional team of 35, managed the region's P&L, and oversaw a fleet including 120 motorcycles and multiple trucks. As a founding executive and Chief Operations Officer at BasiGo & Quickbus, I introduced Kenya's first electric buses, managed supply chain and vehicle production, established charging infrastructure, and delivered a digital ticketing solution.
