I’m a results-driven senior operations executive with extensive progressive leadership across fintech, shared services, management consulting, and luxury hospitality. I build and scale high-performance operations functions from the ground up, including founding a CX department and owning multiple full P&L roles.

I’ve accelerated market penetration to reach EBITDA+ status and delivered 254% year-over-year revenue growth in Q3 2025 through strategic partnerships, product-market alignment, and performance tracking against OKRs.
Previously, as Director of Customer Experience, I built the company’s CX function from inception—establishing teams, tools, QA frameworks, and performance management systems that supported rapid growth.
