I’m looking to lead country or enterprise operations where I can own P&L, build customer experience capabilities, and drive measurable growth through OKRs, governance, and disciplined process improvement—partnering closely with regulators, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

I’m a results-driven senior operations executive with extensive progressive leadership across fintech, shared services, management consulting, and luxury hospitality. I build and scale high-performance operations functions from the ground up, including founding a CX department and owning multiple full P&L roles.

I translate organisational strategy into measurable operational outcomes through data-driven decision-making and rigorous process improvement. I’m especially effective at measurable execution—turning OKRs into disciplined portfolio management, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring that leaders and teams can reliably run.

In my current role as Country General Manager at Power Financial Wellness, I provide full country-level P&L leadership for a SaaS mobile banking fintech across operations, partnerships, compliance, and strategic growth across Kenya. I’ve accelerated market penetration to reach EBITDA+ status and delivered 254% year-over-year revenue growth in Q3 2025 through strategic partnerships, product-market alignment, and performance tracking against OKRs.

Previously, as Director of Customer Experience, I built the company’s CX function from inception—establishing teams, tools, QA frameworks, and performance management systems that supported rapid growth. I also bring strong stakeholder influence and operational depth: from leading 450+ employees in multi-unit luxury hospitality operations to partnering with clients on organisational design and transformation that improved retention to 97%.
