I’m looking for a role where I can use consultative sales and customer service skills to solve problems, educate customers, and drive results—preferably in a supportive team that values accuracy, communication, and growth.

I’m a consultative sales and customer service professional with years of experience welcoming customers, listening to needs, and guiding them to the right next step. In automotive sales, I supported shoppers through recommendations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.

At Orr Nissan, I greeted and actively listened to customers to uncover purchasing needs and match them with vehicles suited to their requirements. I explained vehicle functionality, described options, and clearly communicated costs associated with purchase, including dealer services like extended warranties. I also stayed current on new automotive releases to strengthen product knowledge.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance. I greeted bank customers, assisted with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers, and helped customers open checking or savings accounts. I also processed credit card and loan payments and supported customers with account changes, loan options, and confidentiality requirements.
