What I'm looking for

I'm seeking international Head of Marketing, e-commerce leadership, digital marketing, or performance marketing opportunities where I can scale revenue, marketplaces, customer acquisition, and marketing operations. I'm open to remote work or relocation.

I've led marketing, e-commerce, marketplace, operations, and customer-experience transformation at SONNO since 2020. I build scalable growth systems across Ozon, Wildberries, Amazon, Kaspi, and Uzum, combining digital strategy, CRM, SEO, paid acquisition, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Previously, at Solostyle, I launched an online shoe store and marketplace sales on Ozon and Wildberries, reaching more than ₽6,000,000 in monthly marketplace turnover within three months. At Winny, I launched a premium children's clothing store to operating profit and completed integrations with 1C, live inventory, and courier services.

At Elefantenok, I launched and grew an online children's-goods business to a TOP-200 Russian online store, managing 34 people and an average monthly turnover of ₽20,000,000. I built teams and business processes from scratch, developed supplier relationships, and drove repeat sales, conversion, and profitability.

Across 17+ years, I've delivered 20+ e-commerce and digital marketing projects and taught e-commerce and digital marketing at Skillbox for more than three years.
