I’m an E-commerce Director with 10+ years of experience building and scaling e-commerce businesses in FMCG and Consumer Goods. I combine e-commerce leadership with 25 years of commercial and sales leadership, so I focus on what drives profitable growth—not just traffic.
I’ve specialized in developing and growing sales through marketplaces, e-grocery, quick commerce, D2C, Amazon, Shopify, and export e-commerce channels. I’ve launched new e-commerce businesses from scratch, built commercial strategies, managed P&L, created financial models, and optimized unit economics.
In my most recent role, I built and scaled an e-commerce business from the ground up and owned the channel P&L, budgeting, pricing strategy, profitability, and inventory turnover. I increased direct e-commerce sales by more than 3x versus the first full year of channel operations, delivered nearly 3x EBITDA growth, and led the Rusagro Fats & Oils Business Unit to the #1 e-commerce market share position in the mayonnaise category, according to Nielsen.
