What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and grow fashion, retail, or e-commerce brands through hands-on brand strategy, marketplace operations, content, performance marketing, and commercial growth.

I built DBR’s marketing function from zero, shaping its positioning, go-to-market strategy, social channels, SEO, and first sales as the manufacturing business became a consumer-facing D2C fashion brand. I also launched and ran the brand on Lamoda and Ozon, covering listings, content, merchandising, and daily marketplace operations.

I bring commercial and performance marketing experience from VK Cloud, VK WorkSpace, and Rocket10, where I closed RUB 6M in upsell deals in my first month and planned, bought, and optimised digital media placements.
