What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a company that wants to strengthen HR processes and policies—especially recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement—so I can help attract top talent and improve the full employee experience.

I’m an HR professional focused on revamping HR processes and policies so organizations can attract top talents. I’ve developed solutions that smoothen onboarding, compensation and benefit, and exit interview processes, while keeping communication strong through changing systems and priorities.

In my Human Resources Business Partner role, I act as the liaison between seconded employees and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals. I also oversee compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies, resolving disciplinary and grievance matters, and driving staff audits and documentation reviews to achieve 100% compliance.

I’ve led end-to-end people work across HR operations, including full life cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews to deliver a seamless employee experience. I design and implement HR policies, act as a focal point for rollout, administer and communicate employee benefits, and promote engagement programs, recognition, and continuous learning through training initiatives.
