I seek a strategic HR leadership role where I can build scalable people operations, drive HR transformation, and partner with executives to align workforce strategy with growth.

I am a strategic HR and Admin leader with a strong track record of building people and operations functions from inception through scale, particularly within oil & gas and logistics environments. I design and implement HR frameworks, HRIS, performance management systems, and leadership development programs that improve retention, compliance, and operational efficiency.
