I’m seeking to transition into a senior HR Business Partner or Talent Leadership role within a structured, growth-focused organisation—bringing commercial HR depth, multi-site people leadership, and proven recruitment and workforce planning impact.

I’m a commercially grounded HR and People Operations professional with 12+ years’ experience within TotalEnergies, spanning talent acquisition, HR operations, and large-scale business leadership. I’m currently leading multi-site operations across 13 retail locations with oversight of 300+ staff, driving performance, people management, and operational excellence in a high-volume environment.

I combine hands-on HR expertise—full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding—with real-world leadership experience managing teams, performance, and business outcomes. As an MBA graduate (Top 20%, Lagos Business School) and CIPD Associate Member, I’ve filled 35 roles across upstream and downstream business units and independently filled 25 positions in one year, while supporting onboarding and induction programmes to improve employee integration and retention.
