I’m a trilingual customer service professional with experience supporting healthcare members through high-volume inbound calls. I focus on clear communication, steady problem-solving, and a customer-first approach—especially when situations get stressful.

In my role as a customer service agent (Remote), I delivered English-language support for Medicare and senior healthcare members. I handled a continuous volume of inbound inquiries and used proprietary healthcare systems to provide accurate information on providers, prescription coverage, pharmacy locations, and member benefits.

I’m especially strong at conflict resolution and de-escalating customer concerns. When issues were complex, I escalated cases as required while maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, and problem-solving in a remote environment.
