What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale field-based, multi-site operations where I can improve service delivery, develop high-performing teams, use data to solve operational problems, and drive measurable cost and revenue outcomes.

At Vetic, I scale veterinary clinic operations across India, growing the network from 18 to 65 clinics while building operational structures, training frameworks, SOPs, and performance systems for 300+ ground staff. I also led the end-to-end build of the proprietary Veterinary Management System and improved lab TAT adherence from 76% to 96% for 12,000+ monthly reports.

Previously at Spinny, I managed pan-India pre- and post-sale operations across multiple hubs and field delivery networks. I reduced hub rejection rates from 56% to 23%, cut per-unit operational costs by Rs. 1,500 per car, and improved CSAT from 70 to 86 through process redesign, analytics, SOPs, and product collaboration.
