What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve the operating systems behind fast-moving teams, using data to solve delivery, retention, and cross-functional execution problems. I thrive in high-pressure environments where I can own outcomes end-to-end.

I've built operating systems for fast-moving teams at BiteSpeed, TestFunda, and Slick App, working across product, content, sales, tech, and leadership to get complex work shipped.

At TestFunda, I cleared a company-wide mock-test production backlog across seven functions in 1.5 months, then redesigned the process and built a team for sustained delivery. I also owned the CAT Mock Test Series end-to-end, covering QA for 2,046 questions and video solutions for 60% of the series.

At BiteSpeed, I built an onboarding CRM in Asana connected with HubSpot, Intercom, and Jira, and used weekly account analysis to surface retention and onboarding issues. I bring a science-trained, data-led approach to ambiguity, process design, and owning outcomes under pressure.
