I’m seeking to formalise my experience in a Senior Customer Success Manager or Strategic Account Manager role in a leading SaaS, AI, Industrial IoT, or Industry 4.0 company—owning client lifecycle outcomes, retention, and strategic expansion.

I’m an enterprise account management and customer success professional with 10+ years of B2B sales experience across SaaS and Industrial IoT, Automation, Gas & Energy, and Instrumentation. I onboard new enterprise and OEM clients end-to-end, from prospecting and solution design through deployment, adoption, retention, and strategic expansion.

In my current role as Regional Sales Manager at Elliot Systems, I act as a trusted advisor to C-suite, plant directors, and engineering leadership—aligning IoT platform capabilities to operational goals and KPIs through EBR/QBRs. I co-develop bespoke IoT solutions with clients, build structured onboarding and technical enablement programs, prevent churn by identifying adoption and satisfaction gaps early, and grow accounts by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
