I’m a project and operations specialist with four years of experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs across distributed teams. At LifeBank, I led pilot-to-scale execution of four healthtech platforms across 14 cities, directly owning cross-functional coordination, project documentation, and operational processes that kept a 200+ person team aligned.

I write and maintain operational SOPs for entire supply chains, build workflows that guide field teams, and produce stakeholder reports that support funding decisions. My work backed $2M+ in Gates Foundation program approvals with zero audit queries, and I built audit self-assessment tools and incident response protocols that empower quality decisions in the field.

Most recently, I run operations end-to-end for a subscription-first business I co-founded in Lagos. I built internal SOPs, process guides, and a phone-first operations app for pickup/delivery procedures, QC checklists, order intake rules, and revenue tracking—reducing ambiguity and improving decision-quality from day one.
