What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own operations and projects end-to-end—building SOPs and systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using workflow automation to reduce manual work, improve delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned.

I’m an operations and project management professional with 3+ years of experience driving process efficiency, building operational systems from scratch, and turning ambiguous requirements into structured, repeatable workflows.

In my current operations role, I run day-to-day workflows for a creative learning studio—building an operational backbone with SOPs, file management systems, client journey workflows, and financial reporting in Notion. I manage a 142+ course database across Rise 360 and iSpring, coordinating content archival, QA, and delivery pipelines, and I introduced Make.com automation to reduce repetitive manual tasks and prevent bottlenecks.

As a Project Manager, I’ve led the development of LOGR, a progressive web app for wastewater treatment simulation, owning the full product lifecycle from early development through redesign. I coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, run sprint planning, and use clear project boards (Asana Kanban) and stakeholder syncs (Slack) to translate business needs into actionable development priorities—while staying flexible across time zones and evolving scope.
