I'm looking for a customer support, technical support, healthcare administration, or administrative role where I can resolve issues, support clients, maintain accurate records, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

I'm currently supporting Drake Software customers at VXI Global Solutions, troubleshooting software issues, documenting cases, guiding users through solutions, and escalating complex concerns when needed.
