I’m a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional who handles client queries with prompt resolution and a consistently positive experience. I’m known for effective communication, calm problem-solving, and keeping interactions professional and efficient.

In my current role as a Trainer (Om Sai CCspl), I resolve client queries related to IT and financial services through phone, email, and in-person communication. I provide clear instructions on system usage and digital tools, and I actively build strong client engagement to help maintain high satisfaction rates.

I’ve also strengthened my teaching and support approach as a Lecturer—covering IT & Computer Science and computer fundamentals. I deliver interactive, user-friendly sessions, simplify complex topics through effective communication, and help learners troubleshoot basic technical issues with confidence.

I bring structured documentation and strong time management to ensure issues are handled end-to-end, including complaint handling and issue escalation when needed.
