What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can use customer communication, active listening, multicultural collaboration, and psychology studies to support clients, customers, patients, or learners.

I’ve supported customers at Minerals Center and McDonald’s in Warsaw, combining sales, product photography, payment processing, and clear service in fast-paced environments. I’ve also gained experience in social media management and content creation, developing engaging visual and written content, managing social media presence, and supporting brand communication and promotion. I’ve also worked in healthcare as a manager midwife at Urla State Hospital and a midwife at Ondokuz Mayis University Hospital, communicating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams while managing sensitive responsibilities. I’m currently studying psychology and facilitating English speaking clubs through the European Solidarity Corps. I bring multilingual and cross-cultural communication skills, active listening, group facilitation, content creation, social media management, and a practical understanding of individual needs.
