What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply multilingual customer support and teaching skills, work in a collaborative, empathetic culture, and grow professionally through increasing responsibility.

I am a multilingual customer support specialist and English teacher currently completing a Bachelor's in English Language Teaching at Azerbaijan University of Foreign Languages. I bring hands-on experience at Turkish Airlines' call centre supporting English- and Russian-speaking passengers, plus home-based English teaching where I tailored lessons to individual student needs.

My work has strengthened my conflict-resolution, empathy, and cross-cultural communication skills, and I have volunteer experience supporting press teams that developed my coordination and leadership. I value efficiency, continuous growth, and delivering clear, caring customer experiences.
