I am currently a student at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, specializing in Social Work. My academic journey has not only provided me with theoretical knowledge but has also honed my practical skills in communication and interpersonal relations. I thrive in high-pressure environments and have developed a keen ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in high-risk situations.

In my role as a Sales Manager at International Uzbek Numa Company, I successfully managed customer relations, focusing on resolving issues with problematic clients. This experience has reinforced my problem-solving abilities and taught me the importance of maintaining professionalism in all communications. I am passionate about contributing to team efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction, which I believe are essential qualities in the field of social work.
