As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, I resolved urgent tickets with significant business impact, managed incident resolution, and provided expert guidance on complex IT matters. As a Cisco Customer Support Engineer, I created and implemented scalable Cisco networks, resolved technical issues, and performed security tests. I supported Cisco VPN solutions during the pandemic and was involved in network device configuration and authentication processes.

Completed a CCNA Course covering the basic concepts of networking, CCNA configuration for routing and switching, and building network topologies.

The Faculty of BIT is involved in numerous fields related to information technology ranging from business intelligence and data mining, database systems, information retrieval and knowledge management systems, cyber and information security, e-commerce, e-learning, web application development, enterprise resource planning systems, document processing and analysis.
