What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Network Security or NOC role where I can monitor critical infrastructure, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, work in a 24/7 environment, and grow my hands-on networking and cybersecurity expertise.

I've maintained computer-lab and network uptime for 450+ daily users at Jordan's Ministry of Education, providing first-line troubleshooting and teaching networking and cybersecurity.

I built a Zero Trust network architecture in GNS3 with VLAN micro-segmentation, ACLs, Active Directory/GPO, Cisco Duo MFA, and NAT traversal. I also created a real-time intrusion-detection pipeline using Snort, Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana dashboards.

At Concentrix, I handle bilingual Arabic/English cases across voice, email, and chat in a 24/7 rotating-shift environment, logging, escalating, and coordinating timely resolutions.
