In my current remote role, I rebuilt manual insurance claim intake into an automated pipeline (Gmail, Groq, Airtable), cutting processing time from 25 minutes to 8 seconds per case. I also built a real estate lead qualification and follow-up system in n8n with AI-powered lead scoring, CRM logging, and automated stakeholder alerts—reducing manual follow-up time by 80%. For client intake at a law firm, I automated submissions 24/7: I capture submissions instantly, generate an AI case summary for the attorney, send confirmation, and log everything into a live tracker while removing dropped leads.

I’m especially strong at designing AI-assisted workflows that stay safe and maintainable. I’ve implemented a Zapier AI Agent workflow with human-in-the-loop approval before AI-driven actions execute, and I write custom Python and JavaScript inside n8n code nodes for deterministic logic like data transformation, conditional routing, and ID generation. I also prioritize documentation—workflow logic, dependencies, and permissions—so handovers are smooth and client teams can operate and troubleshoot independently, including compliance tracking and alerting using data-governance principles.
