What I'm looking for

I’m looking for workflow and process automation roles—where I can use n8n, APIs/webhooks, prompt design, clear documentation, and disciplined follow-through to reduce manual work and improve reliable operations.

I’m operations-focused with a long background in accurate records, handovers, and practical problem solving, plus more recent hands-on AI and workflow automation upskilling. I’m the kind of person who checks details, fixes issues in real environments, and makes sure follow-through is reliable.

Through a Generative AI Bootcamp, I built an n8n customer enquiry workflow end-to-end: form intake into a webhook, AI-assisted classification and urgency sorting, logging, notifications, and follow-up tracking. I also tested behaviour carefully, troubleshot routing/formatting/output issues, and improved the workflow with self-hosted n8n using Docker.

My goal is workflow and process automation roles where practical systems thinking, API/webhook understanding, clear documentation, and trustworthy delivery matter. I bring clear written and verbal communication, a process improvement mindset, and the discipline of operational workflow discipline.
