I am looking for a role that fosters growth, values inclusivity, and allows me to contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a 2:1 degree in Human Resources. My passion lies in employee development, talent acquisition, and building inclusive workplace cultures. I am currently seeking opportunities to further my career in HR, where I can leverage my academic knowledge and hands-on experience to support strategic people initiatives and contribute to organizational success.

In my current role as an HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Scott Logic, I manage complex diary scheduling for interviews, coordinate candidate travel arrangements, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. My previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Administrator at Group 1 Automotive allowed me to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining employee records. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to support recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in HR practices, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. I am dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and am eager to contribute my skills to a dynamic HR team.
