I am an experienced hospitality professional with extensive background in international service environments, including luxury hotels and resorts across Europe. I bring strong communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-oriented approach honed over multiple roles.

I have worked as Chef de Rang and hostess in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain, providing professional guest service, managing POS systems, and maintaining calm and effective service under pressure. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Philology and formal training from a Hotel Management Technical School.

My strengths include customer relations, promotion, logistical support, sourcing and establishing partnerships, and resolving guest complaints to ensure positive experiences. I speak Polish natively and am fluent in Spanish, with very good German and English skills.
